Returns
Before returning your order, please make sure that :
– You are within your withdrawal period (14 working days from the date you receive the parcel)
– The products are intact, complete, labeled and have neither been worn nor damaged
1. Print and fill in the return form
When you ordered, you received an email containing your invoice and return form.
If you can’t find this email but created an account during the checkout, please log into your account, go to “orders” and download your invoice and return form.
If you don’t have an account, you can also download and fill in a return form here.
2. Repackage the products and return the parcel
Please make sure the products are returned unused, complete and labeled. Products can be returned in their original carton.
Don’t forget to put the return form in the parcel.

To exchange a product, please make sure that:
– You are within your withdrawal period (14 working days from the date you receive the parcel)
– The products are intact, complete, labeled and have neither been worn nor damaged
– The other product you want is the same price
Then follow the return process.
